Late Arrivals:

Those arriving 10 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. Each service is allotted a specified amount of time to ensure enough time to complete the service. If you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations & No show:

Your appointments are very valuable to us. They are reserved especially just for you. Please provide us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If the same client has “No-shows” more than two occasions, we won’t rebook your future appointment.

Forms of payments:

Greatly appreciate cash payments because of high credit card fees. Eden Nail Spa gift card, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards. Checks are not accepted.


Services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for a complimentary repair. Retail items purchased at full price may be returned up to 7 days after purchase as long as they are unopened and unused. Sale items are final.


We love children at Eden Nail Spa. However, due to sharp tools and chemicals our salon is not child proof. Please, have your children supervised at all times. Our salon is not equipped to provide childcare.

Jewlery & valuables:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice. Discount can't be combined.
